What types of shifts do you offer?

We are constantly growing and have a wide variety of shifts you can choose from. We have long shifts, short shifts, day shifts, night shifts, transportation shifts and 24-hour shifts.

Where can I work?

We currently serve clients throughout the Metro Atlanta area. We work hard to ensure that you are given assignments that you can easily commute to.

Do you hire W-2, 1099, or private contractors?

At Prescott HealthCare, you are part of the team. You will be considered an employee of Prescott HealthCare which means payroll taxes are automatically deducted from your bi-weekly paycheck and if there are any questions, we are here for you! We are fully bonded and insured and are there for you every step of your employment with us.

Hiring Process

Applicants Must Provide:

  • Professional license or certificate (RN, LPN, CNA, PCA)
  • Social Security Card, Passport, Green Card, or Valid U.S. Work Permit
  • Driver’s License or State I.D.
  • CPR certification
  • First Aid certification

Applicants Must Pass:

  • Physical examination
  • Background/reference/driving record checks
  • Tuberculosis test
  • Interviews with management

Preferences for Hiring:

  • 3+ years of caregiving experience – Caregivers must have confidence and show initiative on cases.
  • Reliable transportation to clients
  • Reliable phone
  • Good availability/flexibility

  • Background Check + Reference Checks
  • Introduction & Training at Client(s) (when necessary)
